We had our home in Stephenville up for almost a year. When it sold we had a month to leave and have another home bought. Well by that time there wasn’t a lot to pick from but she found a house for us in our price range and we were only 5 minutes from family. She goes above and beyond. She will give you paperwork that tells you all your new neighborhood . She has a List all stores nearby including pharmacies etc. She has a list of doctors in the area, handymen, etc.. if you need something a few months after settlement she is still there helping. You cannot go wrong with having Tamara for your realtor. We recommend her for all your needs in finding your new home.
